Please Note: We do not offer free returns; shipping charges apply.
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order if you're not satisfied. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and meet the following conditions:
- The order includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is intact.
- The product shows only normal handling, with no damage from careless handling.
- For hygiene-sensitive products, they must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
- The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
We will process your return within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, we will officially acknowledge the return within this period.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to return your order:
- Ensure your order meets the above conditions.
- Send an email to gabriellessilhouette@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (if broken or damaged)
- Your full name
- Your shipping address
- We will then provide the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the sender address, as it may delay processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, if you are a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes not predominantly related to your commercial or professional activities, you have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Right of Cancellation
- The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), receive the last of your goods.
- Orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once initiated, meaning a refund is not possible until you receive the goods.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear declaration (e.g., by gabriellessilhouette@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
- The cancellation will be completed when we receive the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Record for Shipments in Transit
- Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, over which we have no control.
- If your goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may inform us of your cancellation in advance.
- To ensure the fastest possible return, we request that you send us a shipping confirmation once the goods are on their way back to us.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs(except for additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our standard, lowest-cost option).
- The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation and the goods.
- For this refund, we will use the same payment method you originally used, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
- All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
